Lady’s Mantle

The Lady’s Mantle in the garden is in full bloom and  laden with fresh dew.  It sparkles with an almost iridescent glow.  I am intrigued by the name as the implication is function, even responsibility bestowed. Strong’s  reference in the Greek says this: something thrown around one, i.e. a mantle, veil:--covering, vesture. May our mantle of commission hold beauty and refreshing as sweet as this garden imagery.
